About the project: Remedi SeniorCare is one of the largest long-term care pharmacies in the United States, and also one of the newest players in the industry. The company’s management team previously founded one of the most successful LTC pharmacies and has extensive experience and knowledge of what long-term care facilities need. The company’s approach combines high-touch, personal service with innovative technology that addresses accuracy and efficiency.
The company had launched its first Web site when it was first starting out, and the site did not accurately reflect all of the company’s offerings. It also did not incorporate the site’s updated positioning and messaging. Additionally, the site often sent users down confusing paths and presented repetitive content, confusing readers and failing to tell a cohesive story about the company’s value proposition.
Stacey helped Remedi build a new messaging platform based on the company’s core strengths, then developed a content strategy for a new Web site. Night Writer worked with Remedi to:
- Design a Web content strategy based on the company’s brand and business goals
- Develop a new information architecture to organize information more clearly and better lead visitors through the company’s story
- Write SEO-friendly content that better positioned Remedi as an industry leader and presented its offerings in context with its overall brand story
