Inch by Inch Parent NewsletterIncrelex is an injectable medication for children. To promote long-term adherence to the medication, the pharmaceutical manufacturer wanted to publish a series of parent-focused newsletters that provided ideas and support for the possible challenges patients and families might face. Driven to DeliverOne of McKesson’s biggest client wins was the pharmacy business for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, a huge customer with 634 accounts. All eyes were on the company as it integrated facilities in an aggressive timeframe. Stacey wrote, edited, and managed the design of this newsletter to introduce VA pharmacy personnel to McKesson and pave the way for account managers to build their new relationships.
